Cookies we use

We use cookies in three categories. You control which of the last two are active via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or any time via the link in the site footer.

• Strictly necessary — used for things like keeping you signed in to the customer portal. These can't be turned off because the site can't function without them.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4), used to understand which pages people visit and how the site is performing. Off by default until you accept.
• Advertising — reserved for Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. Not currently in use, but the consent choice is collected now so nothing changes silently if we turn on ad campaigns later. Off by default until you accept.

Information you share with us directly

When you chat with Aria (our AI assistant) or submit the contact form, we collect what you choose to share — typically name, email, phone number, and the content of your message — so we can follow up with you. We only contact you about what you asked about, using the channel(s) you agree to when you share your information.

We don't sell your information. We use it to respond to you and, where you've agreed to follow-up contact, to reach out about Edyson's products.

Your choices

You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the link in the footer. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing sales@edyson.ai.
